Every project comes to the point when it is necessary to start production as soon as possible. We help investor to find appropriate facility for the production. In case of Greenfield investment we seek the hall that is offer for rent for period 2-3 years. That is sufficient and reasonable time for construction of new Greenfield premises. Of course, there are some exceptions and cases with record construction time. We cooperate with the real estate agencies over the Eastern Slovakia, regional enterpreneurs and owners of the appropriate facilities.
Brownfield solution that we prepared for one investor and that were not accepted we register in our internal reality database. Based on information received from investor we filter our records and pick up several realities for each particular project. Typical information we need to know are :

- expected age of the hall
- convenient for heavy machinery, lighter machinery, ...etc
- crane
- loading ramp
- side rail
- temperated hall / heated hall
- illumination of the hall
- electricity, water, gas, sewage requirements
