Rudolf Bauer received the French Ambassador Jacques Faure

Today the President of the Kosice Self-Governing Region (KSR) Rudolf Bauer received the French Ambassador in the Slovak Republic Jacques Faure. He informed the quest about competencies passed down from the government to the regions in line with the decentralisation of Slovak public administration. Rudolf Bauer also informed the Ambassador about implementation of the joint project of KSR and French Department Orn from the Lower Normandy. The output of this project should be the conception of tourism development in the KSR with application of reliable experience of the French partners.
President of KSR informed the Ambassador also about the Tokai wine area and the Zemplin wine route development projects. Jacques Faure wanted to know more about the study of the spa development in the Kosice region.
Rudolf Bauer and Jacques Faure agreed on importance of publicity of Kosice Region in France. Among other things they talked about the possible cooperation of Regional Development Agency Kosice with CEBANOR Agency in Lower Normandy. Jacques Faure informed Rudolf Bauer about investment of French company producing car accessories and mentioned interest of other French company to invest in water conditioning.
