Mr. Rudolf Bauer, President of the Kosice Self-governing Region (KSR), received Second Secretary of Japanese Embassy in Slovakia Mr. Ikuo Shoji. Mr. Shoji informed President Bauer about interest of Japanese investors to enter the East Slovakia territory. They discussed investment opportunities in the Kosice region, competencies of regional self-government, results achieved during the first election period, aims of further development, possibilities of tourism and special products for Japanese tourists.
Mr. Shoji is responsible for political and economic agenda of Japanese Embassy. During his stay in Kosice region he accompanied delegation of representatives of Japanese companies.
